ANTI-GRAFFITI
COATING
Antigraffiti
With an anti-graffiti coating, we can protect your materials from vandalism, random passers-by with markers and other external sensations. We can apply an anti-graffiti layer (varnish) on media up to 80mm thick, which means that public glazing, signs, information boards will remain protected from the attack of “graffiti artists”.Compared to classic anti-graffiti coatings, you do not have to laboriously apply a protective layer on the material. Another advantage is permanence. While you have to reapply the standard coating after each cleaning, the UV antigraffiti coating just needs to be applied once and you have a solution and protection against unwanted signatures for a longer period. Antigraffiti coating guarantees permanence and chemical resistance which means it is the ideal solution, both economically and efficiently.
Painting
Using our technology, we can apply gloss or matt varnish as well as primer to board materials up to 2.1 m wide and 80 mm thick. This gives your products a high gloss, deep matt finish, chemical resistance, stability and, in part, protection against mechanical damage. Thanks to UV light, the paint is immediately dry (cured), which speeds up the overall production process.
Colouring
Our Burkle coanting (painting) machine enables the full-area application of UV light-curing paint on board materials up to a width of 2.1 m and a thickness of 80 mm. Thanks to the UV light, the paint is immediately dry (cured), which speeds up the overall production process.
Antigraffiti
Pomocou antigraffiti náteru dokážeme vaše materiály ochrániť pred vandalizmom, náhodným okoloidúcim s fixkami a inými vonkajšími vnemami. Antigraffiti vrstvu (lak) vieme aplikovať na média do hrúbky 80mm, čo znamená, že verejné presklenia, značky, informačné tabule ostanú chránené pred útokom „grafiťákov“.Oproti klasickým antigraffiti náterom, nemusíte pracne nanášať ochrannú vrstvu na materiál. Ďalšia výhoda je stálosť. Zatiaľ čo štandardný náter musíte po každom čistení naniesť znova, UV antigraffiti coating stačí naniesť raz a máte riešenie a ochranu pred nežiaducim podpisom na dlhšie obdobie. Antigraffiti náter zaručuje stálosť a chemickú odolnosť čo znamená ideálne riešenie, z ekonomického tak aj efektívneho hľadiska.
Lakovanie
Za pomoci našej technológie dokážeme celoplošne nanášať lesklý alebo matný lak ako aj primer na doskové materiály v šírke do 2,1 m a do hrúbky 80 mm. Tým dodáme vašim produktom vysoký lesk, hlboký matný povrch, chemickú odolnosť, stálosť a čiastočne aj ochranu pred mechanickým poškodením. Vďaka UV svetlu je farba okamžite suchá (vytvrdená), čo urýchľuje celkový proces výroby.
Farbenie
Náš coantingový (lakovací) stroj Burkle umožňuje celoplošne nanášať UV svetlom vytvrditeľnú farbu na doskové materiály do šírky 2,1 m a hrúbky 80 mm. Vďaka UV svetlu je farba okamžite suchá (vytvrdená), čo urýchľuje celkový proces výroby.
